Spain is one of the most amazing destinations I have traveled. The food, the people and the history were beyond what I expected. On this trip to Spain I explore Barcelona, Malaga and Montserrat. All locations are well known hot spots in Spain. As you will see we indulged in many restaurants while being tourists in this beautiful country. My favorites were Lasarte and Alexso. Both dining experiences were the most unique as well as delicious among the places we ate. Lasarte is located in Barcelona while Alexso is located in Malaga. If you ever make it to Malaga please check out Alexso!
I have spent so much time on airplanes, but by far getting India took the longest. I made a pitstop in Abu Dhabi to pick up my soul sista. We took a detour and went to see Rihanna perform at the F1 races concert. We also saw Lionel Richie, but missed Sean Paul. The break was very much needed, because my ankles were so swollen! Once we arrived in New Delhi our driver met us at the airport. We felt so badly, because we had him waiting for a very long time. During the time we traveled to India they were going through issues with corruption. Due to the corruption there were changes made to their currency. This caused a large amount of chaos at the airport. There were long lines at every atm and/or currency exchange counter. We were only allowed to take out a limited amount of money. This caused a few problems later on in our trip as well. We stayed at a cute boutique hotel in New Delhi. Our driver took us around to some of the top tourist attractions during our stay. And of course we made our way to Agra to see the Taj Mahal. We could not miss out on seeing such a beautiful attraction. The highlight of that adventure was the smog. On our way back from the Taj Mahal we could barely see in front of our car. At times we thought we would crash in to a car in front of us. Luckily, we made it back to our hotel safely thanks to our driver.
